Where is Pomelo in the Share menu? Tap Share in Photos, Files or any app. Pomelo appears in the row of apps; if not, swipe to the end of that row, tap More and turn Pomelo on.

How do I add the quick actions (Compress with Pomelo, Convert to JPG…)? At the bottom of the Share menu, tap Edit Actions, then tap + next to the Pomelo actions you want.

It said "Finish in Pomelo". What does that mean? Some jobs on very large photos (for example a 48 MP photo to PNG or PDF) need more memory than iOS allows in the Share menu. Pomelo saves the job: open the Pomelo app and it finishes right away.

Why can't Pomelo save as MP3 or FLAC? iOS can read these formats but has no built-in way to write them, and Pomelo only uses Apple's own frameworks so everything stays on your device.

Compress made my file bigger, or says it's "already as small as it gets". Pomelo never gives you a worse file: if compressing doesn't make it smaller, it tells you instead.

I bought Pomelo Pro but it's locked. Open the Pomelo app → Settings → Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it.
