Pomelo Terms of Use

Last updated: October 29, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Pomelo ("the app") on iPhone and iPad.

License

Pomelo is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it; where they differ, Apple's agreement applies.

Pomelo Pro

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. Pomelo processes them on your device and never uploads them (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for having the right to convert and share the files you open in Pomelo.

No warranty

Pomelo is provided "as is". Conversions are designed to keep your content intact, but some changes are inherent to a format (for example, compressing an image, or turning PDF pages into pictures). Keep your originals: Pomelo never changes the file you started from, it always creates a new one.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the developer isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your local consumer laws.

Changes

These terms may be updated with new versions of the app. The current version is always available at this address.
